Led the end-to-end modernization of the OJC portal. Transformed a legacy, non-responsive site into a modern, fully accessible (WCAG/ADA) experience. Beyond the visual redesign and front-end engineering, I owned the full lifecycle of the project: performing rigorous QA/UAT, managing technical remediation via TFS, and authoring comprehensive documentation and user guides for call center operations. Further contributed to system stability by performing back-end SQL data validation and technical troubleshooting.
